Long Branch. April 13th, 1911.
Mrs. Addle Birf' wife of Mr. J. W.
Birt, happily pa* cd away at rest in
the sixtieth year of her age. She waa a
good and faithful member of Long
Branch Church, a grand and noble
neighbor to her community. She
raised a large family to weep and
mourn hef death. Cbe wa* a dear com
panion and affectionate mother. Oh,
how our hearts ache when we t\iink
that we can never see that loving iace
again on tBi* o«r?h.
But we hope to meet again where
there will be tm more pain or death to
aeparate U*. How sad o.ur old home l»
now that was once fto Haopy and
h'ight. Oh, to think that sweet voice
we once heard I* to be heard no more.
But God knows best for the Lord
glvcth and the Lord taketh. Blessed
be the name of the Lord
Him leaves a dear and loving husband,

The funeral service* were conducted
by Rev J. K. Goode at the home and
the body was laid to rest at the family
cemetery to await the resurrection
