Etherington. Governor Harmon went

The Court of General Sessions com
menced here Monday morning with
Judge Q. W. G»ge, of Chester, pre
siding as Special Judge, Judge Klugb
not being able to hold the Court on ac
count of illness,
The machinery of the Court was

Officers being in ttieir places.
JudgM Gage charged the Grand Jury
in his usua! clear and imoressive man
ner, taking up Che bills handed out by
the Solicitor, and in part said:
