All his children were present, yet ever and anon a tear would trickle down his cheek, as he thought of the dear ones that had gone before him over the river and of the aweet reunion when he shall be called to come up higher. On Saturday we attended the old Sa- VaUUata River Association Sunday School Convention at Appleton. The attendance of churches was father small for auch a body. The sermon on Saturday was preached by'Rev 8. P. Hair, but there was an entire absence of ministers on Sunday. The season for aav fever Is almost at hand, and many (mople feel that they will be obliged to go away in order to avoid the sneraing, watery eyes, and other annoying symptoms of this disa greeable summer disease. J. C. Creech wishes to announce that wheti Hyomei is used as a preventive, or s cure, there will be no hay fever. Ha advises daily treatment with Hyo mei for two or three weeks before the usual time for the annual appearance of hay fever. If this is done., the at tack will be prevented.
