bonded and equipped with the most
modern fire ftgnting appliances so that
Insurance shall be reduced from two
dollars to, say 40 Cents a bale. Cotton
will be stored in these warehouses,
guaranted by a surety coiiputiv and re
oeipts issued which may be hy pothe
cated at any hank.
On these receipts the farmers could
get enoiight money advanced to pav
their crop expenses, and would wait
for the balance, knowing that,they
would Ultimately get ULcent* a pound.
