ITS FJRAT ACCtDENT.
On Saturday evening the “Short”
train, east bound, struck and killed on
the West end crossing In Wllliston
Daniel Jefferson, an old colored man,
and his mule. The deceased waa .quite
deaf and must have failed to bear the
whistle of the train blown In the cut
and rmle otj the track juat as the train
approafdied. The Inquest was held by
Magistrate Johnson.
