the 8th w e made our annual visit to
Etlisto and took a fish supper with
the boys who had gene in advance, and
in tbe absence of fish w e ate bacon, rice
and bread. We are glad to note the

9th we attended a birthday dinner at
the quiet comfortable home of Mr. 1). J.
Hair. Sr., the old gentleman haying
reached his 7tith mile atone. He was In
fine health and humor and lias more
grit, enterprise and care than most
men at half his age. The family were
all present except two sons, one a city
pastor in Indian Territory, the other
:ohducting a revival at one of hie
churches in Bamberg 'county. Tbe

king every one enjoy the day.
The dinner was an ideal repast, too
good to be described, but long to be re
