fourteenth year, was singularly shy
and retiring, but kind and affectionate

him and his loss is irreparable.

scorned an untruth and would not
stoop to any thing low or mean, peace
able and quiet, yet brave, lie had few
equals, and none were his superior.
Death loves a shining mark,and, he
hit one, when he struck at the life of
that dear hoy, whose spirit lias gone to

Jesus,” and though we will nevef more
see his dear face among uS here on
