A Bloody Duel.
Two colored men fought a duel to
the death with knives Saturday night
at Twenty-second and Dearborn Sts.,
^Chicago. As they slashed and plunged
the weapons into each other's bodies a
crowd of more than fifty people formed
a circle around them and cheered tlie
combatants when one or tjie other
drove the knife to the hilt. After ten
minutes' tierce fighting Alexander
Shirley staggered and fell with ids ad
