dark red Venetian cloth, built on taffe
ta. Tbe skirt was formed with a bins
flounce, banded with cream stffc ap
plique. The bodice, with a vest front
of white tuck, I.oulslne silk outlined
with applique. 8be carried a superb
ahower of bride roses and asparagus
ferns, tied with broad liberty satin rib
bon, one of the same exquisite flowers
nestling in the perfectly arranged coif-
fura.
Only a few friends and relative* of
the couple were present. After earnest
good wishes and hearty congratulation*
had been offered Mr. and Mrs. Ander
son an elaborate course luncheon was
served. , .
The gtie*tt were seated at throe large
tables in the dining room. The height
of the pretty decorations was attained
at tbe table where the bride and groom
were aeatej. On a lace piece over green
satin wa* place.) a tall glas* epergne,
filled with Whit* rosea and ferns, which
were arranged throughout lu slender
vases.
Mr. and Mrs. Anderson left early In
the afternoon for Barnwell, 8. C..
