time on Friday night. Nobody knew
of their coming or going. Wlien the
office was opened Saturday morning it

was torn open by the explosion, hut

much frightened to risk a second' ex

By a recent act wf the l.egislature tnag-
ivtrates are requi^d to submit their
docket* to each quarterly metting of
the County Boai/.d of Commissioners,
and they in'turn are to make a report
thereon to the grand jury t>ilnr to the
tall term of Court. These reports
should contain an itemized statement
of all money* received, names of the
parties paying, Ac. You should see
that'the Coroner does not go beyond
lit* powers. A coroner’s jury some
times acquits a man on the ground of
accident, but It Is the coroner’s tinty in
case of accidental homicide to biad

try a man, but simply ascertain how,
and by what means, and tty whom a

justify or egciue. The grand Jury
should recommend in their prtAent-
