I - Mrs. Eliza Odom died at her home In
Georges Creek township on the morn
ing of the 25th alt., aged about seventy
eight year*.. She was a sister of the
late Dr. W. II. Hagood of Blackvllle,
and bad survived her husband nearly
fifty years. For many year* the bad
been a consistent member of the Baptist
church and was buried in the cemetery
at Georges Creek church, Rev. John G.
