front of the Court House, on Monday,
the first dar of Octoflfcr, 1804, It being
salesday in said month, within the
legal hours of salertbe following de*

All that tract of land situate In the
County of Karnwell and Htate afore
said, containing eleveu hundred and
ffixty acre* (l.KiO), moreor jess, known
as the Roper Place, and being a part of
the Harley tract, bounded South-West
by the BarnwelF and Augu*ta Public
Road, North-Went by the Lower Three
Kune, North by lands of Charles Pech-
man and East by lands of’IV. M. Cam.
All that other tract of laud in the
said County and State, about a mile
and aquartef from tbe Ullage of Barn-
welt, known as tbe Bleak House Place,
bounded North and West by .‘‘Tho
Oaks,” land* of M. A. Aldrich, East by
land* of Mrs. Harriet Hunter and
South by tho Aqguata Road. •
