The Governor oh Monday pardoned
Thomas W. E /.zardwlio w as convicted
of breach of trust aid grand larceny, at
November term 1812 for this county,
and sentenced to Liiuottiha in the IVni-
tentlary. He begin serving his term
on April Sth. Tie directors of the
Penitentiary recommended his pardon,
expressing belief In Ids innocence and
asking that he be turned over to the
Nheriff of Barnwel county for trial on
other charges against him arising from,

late Lewis Hill.
