The Legislature seems to ho talking

usual. Most of Its work Is uirtlnlsbed,

The new dispensary law U eniiiled:
“A bill to declare the law In reference
to, and regulate the use, sale, consump
tion, transportation and dl'tscutim of
ulcohidlc liquors, or liquor, within the
state of South Carolina, and to police
the same.”

Dispensaries can only be opened du
ring the daytime.
