AN EXTRACT FROM THE STATE STATUTES WHICH EVERY VOTER SHOULD STUDY, The following is the v lAW of fhis HtAto, adopted by the Lefcislature of 1888, reg- tilating the conduct of pritnary elec tions : Section 1.
