Helped himself liberally. The proofs that he did so are as plain as they can bo.
The Charleston bound steamers, the Atlantic Coast Line and the Richmond A

prices of cotton, go hajne rejoicing with fresh courage to battle with hard times.
As a partial list of the good good* and great bargains that Michalson has in
store he ask* attention to tbs following few examples that show the comparison
of Northern and Southern prices:
111,000 worth of New York clothing—MichaGon’s price, $6,000.
$7,000 worth of Boston Shoes. Slippers, <&c.—Michalgon’s price, $4,750.
$9,000 worth of Ladies £>ress G#*od*—Michalson’* price, $5,000.
$10,000 worth of Notions—Michalson’g price, $6,000.
$10,000 worth of Gent’s Furnishing Goods—Michalson’s price, $5,509. X
$3,000 worth of Furniture—Michalson’s price, $*2,000.
$1,000 worth of Tin and Wood ware—Mlcbalson’s price, $500.
$1,000 worth of Buggies and Wagons—Mlchaison’* price $759.
These quotations are offered as texts for thought, presented as sign boards to
show the people the beat road to better times. Mjchalson has thousands >f goods.

He has bargains that everybody needs and can afford. If you don’t see what you
want ask for It. Mlchaison has It, but does net promise to'keep italwaya. Come
soon and in a hurry before tbe cream Is scooped. He hasn’t time or tongue
enough to make a three hours talk, but he will help the country more between
now and Christmas than all the politicians can do this side of the day of
ment, If buyers and sellers will only come to the pfe nlc. Sherman’s camp
lowers and Kilpatrick’s torch light trooper* laid waste our fair country. The
tariff and taxes and high prices have made tbe people poorer year after year.
Michalson Is tired of that. He will give this fall’s work to the good of the peo^
pie. Instead of grasping for profit be will try to clearexpenses and make friends.
When times get better snd the farmers are out of trouble be Nil! try te make
money. That i« hia platform for six days In the week, and everybody Is bsked to *
come and see fcQm standing there, givtwg the best priBefiNoi cotton and
try prodace ana aelllng all kinds of foods to X
