In 1948 the State Convention changed the date
of Club meetings from the fourth Saturday in April
to the fourth Saturday in March. Therefore, I am
asking all Cluba*to iheet on the FOURTH SATUR^
DAY IN MARCH, which will be March 25th, to
perfect their organizations. They should elect a
president, vice-president, secretary-treasurer, en
rollment committee, executive coMmitte* and Any
other committee that they may deem pertinent.
Delegates to the County Convention should be
elected, one delegate to each 25 enrolled voters in
the first primary in 1948 and one delegate for a
majority fraction of twenty-five voters
The County Convention date has also been chang
ed. The County Convention will be held the FIRST
MONDAY IN APRIL at the Ceurt House at 11:00
o'clock. Be sure to have your club representatives
at the County Convention. » .
