The presentment said that since no action has boon taken on the recommendations made by the committee on jail and county buildings at the last term, the committee was making no new report at this term but recom mended that immediate action be taken to correct the conditions. DeLoach, the* corporation’s temporary president. Prospects for the establishment of the school are now considered bright. Reporting to an assemblage of 15 stockholders and interested persons Tuesday night. President DeLoach announced that a new S tition had been made to form e corporation with a capital at $50,000. Of this amount $22,000 is to be used for the purchase of the property built and occupied by Die Southern Aviation Company, which now belongs to the city of Camden and Kerfhaw county. Subscriptions now being taken for shares of stock in the cor poration are selling at $100 per share.
