No btice is hereby given that pur suant to a written Petition, signec by a majority of the freeholders of the City of Camden, Smith Carolina, as shown by the tax- books of said City, and heretofore presented to and filed with the City Council of said City, and pursuant to an Ordinance duly adopted by the City Council of •said City upon the filing of said Petition, a Special Election will be held in the City of Camden, South Carolina, on Tuesday, Sep tember 13th, 1949, for the purpose of submitting to file qualified reg istered electors of said City the following questions: 1.
