Hapless Fort Jackson Plays
Good Game But Loses As Usual
The hapless Fort Jackson Red Devils, who have spec
ialized all season in losing ball games, did it again 6 to 1
at Legion Stadium Tuesday night when the Camden Chiefs
won their third straight game. It was a good game and
was witnessed by a small but enthusiastic crowd. The usual
heavy, threatening clouds hung low about game time, scar
ing all but the more rabid fans away.

Barney Martin, who drove the
ball out of flie Hartsville pasture
