kitchea shower for the bride-elect

pale-yellow and the bridesmaids
wore'Nile-green. They carried old
aahioned bouquets of white Shas
ta daisies.
The bride, who was given in mar
riage by her uncle, Donald A. Camp
bell, was lovely In her wedding
gown of white marquisette design
ed with neckline finished with a
ruffle and full flowing skirt, fall
log from a fitted fluted bodice and
ending in a court-length train. Her
finger-tip veil of bridal illusion
was attached to a small sweetheart
bonnet trimmed with a wreath of
imported orange bloaaoms, and she
carried a bouquet of lilies of the
valley centered with a white or
chid. The brlde’a only ornament
was a gold pin Which belonged to
her grandmother, Mrs. Frank r.
Campbell.
Muller O. J. Kreps, Jr., father of
the bridegroom, was best man.
Miss Sarah Campbell, aunt of the
bride, wore a White and navy print
ed silk dress with corsage of
roses.
Mrs. M. O. J. Kreps, Jr., mother
of the bridegroom, wore an aqua
crepe dress with corsage of Talis
man rosebuds.
Immediately following the cere
mony the bride’s family entertain
ed at a reception at the Court Inn.
Daring the evening the bride
and bridegroom left for their wed
ding trip. For traveling the bride
wore a white allk suit with navy
accessories and the orchid from
her wedding bouquet
Mrs. Kreps is the daughter ot
the late Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Camp
hell of Qpmden. She was gradu
ated troM tki Camden high school
and the Columbia Hospital School
of Naming, and has been employ
ed with the Moore Clinic In Co
lumbia.
Mr. Kreps la the bob of Mr. and
Mrs. M. O. J. Kreps, Jr., ot Co
lumbia. He was graduated from
Columbia high school and attend
ed the University of South Caro
lina. where he was a member of

day. Wednesday, July 8, with a
party given by his mother at their
home on Laurens Court at 10
o'clock In the morning.

Pierce who left this week with
Mr. Pierce and sons to make their
home in Conway.

The class colors, green and
white, were used effectively In the
decorations. Sandwiches, Coca
Colas, cake and candy were served
to the hundred guests after many
sets of square dancing was enjoyed.
