WM Report Is Submitted To City By New Park And Tree Commission The recently appointed JPark and Tree Commission has submitted a report to the Mayor and City Commission and City Manager in which it suggests the authority to be given it and makes a number of recommendations to the Commission. The Commission will consider the report after the Christmas holidays. The Park and Tree Commis sion is composed of Mrs. Martha R. Singleton, chairman; John K. deLoach, R. M. Kennedy; III, H. SL Steadman, Mrs. Belle Strak and Mrs. Phyllis D.
