The bride wore a dreaa of slipper
satin made with a fitted neckline
with a triangular cut out outlined
in seed pearls, long pointed sleeves,
a fitted bodice with a peplnm at
the waist and a full skirt extend
ing Into a train. Her veil waa of
French bridal illusion of finger tip
length with lace tiers and worn
with a seed pearl tiara. %e carried
a bouquet of white snap dragons
centered with an orchid.
Miss Betty Jo Miller, of We.t-
winster, attended the bride as maid
of honor.
Bridesmaids were Miss Edith Mc-
Callum of Anderson and Greenville
and Miss Martha Harrill, cousin of
the bride of Spindale, N. C. The
attendants wore identical gowns of
ic^lne taffeta with off-the^hould-
er scallop^ neck~llne~ and fitted
bodice with full skirt. 'They car
ried arm bouquets of pink gladioli
tied with maline.
Mrs. Hiurrlll, mother of the bride,
wore a dusty rose crepe and lace
dress, black «M:ceesories and a cor
sage of roses.
Mrs. Thompson, mother of the
gre(m, wore a black crepe and lace
dre» wi^ corsage of roses.
Limmediately following the cere
mony, the brides parents entertain
ed with a receptiqn.
The young couple left after the
reception for a short wedding trip.
Upon their return they will make
their home in Salisbury, N. C. For
traveling the bride wore a light
blue tailored suitt brown acces
sories' and a corsage of orchids,
from her wedding bouquet
