She screamed and the intruder
fled.
Mrs. West’s husband was at the
home of hie father’s down the high
way. Whem he returned and laaraed
what had happened he eowimnui-
cated with the sheriff, who dis
patched Rural Officers Rufus Wil
liams and S. Watkins to the scene.
Later the bloodhounds were
there.
