The sOng for the afternoon was "A Song of The Open Country." For the devotional the poem, “The Faithful Pew,’ was given by Mias Grace Alverson. Mrs. C. L. Whit more gave the prayer. Mrs. Bob Holly, the secretaiTf called the roll and read the min utes of the last meeting. The! Win- throp meeting of farm women In June was discussed. Yearly reports of all committees were taken up by the chairman of the various committees. For the program. Miss Fewell talked on flower arrangements. In cluding the cutting of Ifowers, se lecting flowers, kinds of vases to use and how to arrange different kinds of flowers. This was then demonstrated by the arranging of the many kinds of flowers brought to the meeting by tho members in various kinds and sha^s of jrases.
