STATUS HIGHWAY PROGRAM
IN KERSHAW COUNTY GIVEN;

According to figures given out by the State Highway
Departrrient Kershaw county has $241,000 yet to be al
lotted under the department’s construction program ‘C”,
the state farm-to-market program. The county’s allocation
for construction program ‘^A”, the federal aid program,
has all been allotted, and contracts have been let for all
but two of the projects. Both of the projects for.Ker3haw
county under’ the miscellaneous program “B” have been
contracted for.

1946, Kershaw county was allotted
a total of |.’i.3.').200 for tho three
years that the program was to run.
Of this amount, the Kershaw coun
ty legislative delegation and the
