with poor labor and other condi
tions, the production has been cut
considerably. The same with to
bacco, the peak was reached about

of the acreage allotments for the
coming season, there will be lees

and cottonseed have been good the
past two years.
Kershaw county has been on the
up-grade in raising cattle, end the
fine lands along the river are now
grating many excellept herds. Cat
tle prices are the highest on rec

Carl Lightf<k>t was the hero of
the afternoon, playing i sensation

Kirby Tupper playing back for
Blindbrook who tossed-in the two
goals for that outfit, one in the
fifth and the second in the sixth

is lighted by flourescent tubes and
has a morrow background. j
The meat market at the rear
of the store has also been remodel
ed and renovated and presents an
attractive appearance. At the rear
of tbe store a storage room for
tbe storage of produce has been
provided.
H. C. Hallman has been manager
of the Camden store for the past
three years.
