ly with funds of Kershaw County
and no Federal regulations other
than those applying to all work
of this nature will apply.
Each bid must be accompanied
by a cash deposit or certified check
for Two hundred ($200.00) dollars
as guarantee that contract will be
entered into within teq days after
notification of award of contract,
by the bidder, and that required
bond will be executed.
Plans and specifications may be
obtained upon application to the
