Passes At Hospital

afternoon at the Camden hospital
after a few days lilness.
Bom la Darlington county, Mr.
Warr had made' his home with a
son In Camden for ^e past year.
Funeral serrices were held from
the Wesley Cambel Methodist
'•hupch, Lydia, at 4 o'clock Tuesday
afternoon. Interment were In the
churchyard.
He Is surwlred by two sons, Ro
land L. Warr of Columbia and Tal
ley A. Warr of Camden; two daogh-
lers, Mrs. Arlle M. Rogers of Cara*
den and Mrs. Roy Miller of Rock
Hin.

A dwelling In the Hermitage mill
Tillage was almost completely de
stroyed by fire Saturday alftemoon.
Due to the lack of water supply
the fire department from Camden
used a booster tank which was kept
supplied with water by volunteers
who formed a bucket brigade.
Most of the contents of the build
ing were saved.
The department responded to a
call from a house in the southeast
area of the city Monday evening.
