The dwelling of Mrs. C. A.
Mosler with all furnishings wia
burned last Thursday afternoon. It
is believed to have caught from
the stove flue. Miss Catherine
Mosier of Norfolk, Va., had Just put
her luggage down and the fire was
discovered and burned so rapidly

called home last week where her
father, Benjamin Stokes, passed
away, returned to her home in Char
leston Sunday, accompanied by her
sister, Mrs. Henry Gardner and
