While the plans for. the opening
night game on the part of the Ameri
can Legion Baseball, Inc. are most
ambitions, there Is. gome genuine
doubt as to Just when the lighU will
be available. Right now It looks as If
It wUl be a month before the equip
ment arriTes and is installed. There
have been many delays much to the
dlsguat of the committee members.
Should the delay extend beyond'the
time of the Legion baseball program,
It la poesible that the opening night
game here may be played by Pal-
metto league teams.
