Police Ball Is
Successful Event
The police ball,' held last week
on Thursday, in the gymnasium of
the high s^ool was the most suc
cessful in the long history of similar
events sponsored by the blue-coated
law enforomnent group of Camden.
Despite the heavy rain that swept
the city during the evening, the at
tendance at the ball established a nq^^
high. Quite a number of spectators
crowded the balconies on each side of
the ball room floor to watch the
dancers.
