This page is dedicated to every fighting man and woman
the battlefields and on the home front. And to the Seventh

^ar Loan Drive.
As the American people celebrate another Victory and
)me a step closer to world peace, we can appreciate more than
^er what complete co-operation means.
All Americans know the courageous job our boys and girls
the Armed Services have done. Other Americans have done
good job at home. They have served patriotically. Someiiave
worked in War Plants... others have produced great quantities
|f food ... still othersjhaye served by maintaining essential

^ome activities. All have shared by rationing and have bought
^ar Bonds and Stamps.
We are proud to be part of this Community which has done
so much to help^ hasten the day when total Victory will arrive.
'^Marching Along Together^' with bur fellow Americans in
other Communities, we pledge odr further efforts to help keep
a continuing flow of necessary, food and equipment on its way
to our fighting fronts so that final Victory may soon arrive
and peace b^n.
Weaalute the men and women of the fighting forces who
have sacrificed most.. . We &lute this community for its loyal
devotion to the cause of freedom.
