Former Kershaw Chief Is Dead William Franklin Mothershed, Cl. for 23 years chief of police at Ker shaw, died early Monday morning after a short Illness. The funeral was held in the First Baptist church Tues day at 4 p. m. by the Rev. Leelle W. Edwards, assisted by the Rev. J. J. Thompson and the Rev. C. O. Shnder. Mr. Mothershed was twice married.
