was told "Ad shucks, that’s the Skip
per. He’s tirsd of seeing the people
walk around as if they were doped
and so he got up early and put the
signs on the wallu."
And the Skipper, when asked, said.
“Ask George Little. He Is the boas
over St the Hsigler theatre and yonll
note that the Haigler Is featuring a
picture called ‘Step Lively'."
