The Bulldogs are now teeing off
for the 1944 season. We have not
seen the boys in action, even on the
practice field, so we cannot venture
any guess as to^st how good they
are going to be. We do know however
that they will be a fighting outfit—
and that’s the kind of s team we
like to see in action.
We have Just this reminder to offer
mind—that is the date of the Sumter
invasion here. We suggest you all
make it a point to have an early sup

the field In plenty of time to get a
seat. For take It from me—that
game is going to be a record breaker
