The roll was called and the minutaa read by the secre- tary, Mrs. J, B. Huggins. Mrs. James McCaa, health chair man, was abient, so Miss Fewell was asked to “pinch hit" for her. • She did and her talk on Health Clinical was interesting and helpful. Mrs. O. J. Smyrl gave out leaflets on home canning and mending. Miss Fewell demonstrated the"* receipt for prune whip. During the social hour a contest was held after which the hostess served a delicious sweet course. The club adjourned to meet with Mrs. Joseph Bell June 7.
