LEAVES CAMDEN , Peter Caeselhi. who has been ?olf professional at the Camden Country club during the winter season, left Wednesday for Great Neck, Long Is1 land, where he will take over the direction of the Sound View golf club during the summer. Mr. Cassella has been identified with the Sound View club over a period of several years. Marked success has featured his affiliation with the Camden club, there having been more golfing activity over the Kirk wood course during the present season than in several past decades. Mr. Cassella was accompanied nortn by his wife, who has. acted as his Assistant at the Country club. They will return to Camden next season. The Kirk wood hotel has become a popular place for week-end sojourns of officers from nearby army posts. During the past week-end Captain and Mrs. Asa Ferguson of Fort Bragg, N. C., Captain John S. Gillespie of the Columbia air base, and Sergeants William F. Enrlght, Maguire. Rowan, Goodwin and Bohan of Fort Jackson, were all Kirkwood gueels. Guests arriving at the Kirkwood during tho* past week included Mr. and Mrs. Robert Souers of New York City, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Heyn and family of Uniontown, Pa.; Mr. and Mrs. John Schroeder of Oornwallville, N. Y., en route home after a winter at Mount Dora. Florida; Dr. and Mrs. Charles T. St. Clair, and Mr. and Mrs. J R. Witt, all of Bluefield. W. Va.; Mr. and Mrs. Earnest. Elmo Calkins of New York City, and Miss Susanna Lordltch of Cleveland, Ohio. The Kirkwood's Washington colony was augmented by the arrival of a golfing party of six: Messrs. C. A. Corcoran, J. W. Miller, R. C. Hereford. Jack Melrose, Henry WllliamB and Lewis M. Firey. From Rockford. 111., Mr. and Mrs. James W. Rodgers registered last week at the Kirkwood hotel, and from Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. H. D. Bregenzer, Mr. aud Mrs. J. A; Leach, , Jr.. and Mr. and Mrs. Guy M. Scott, of Richmond, Va., arrived on Saturday for a short vacation at the Kirkwood. Mrs. Harold D. Corey, and Mrs. Harry B. Stebblns of Newton, Mass., have returned home after spending a three-week vacation at the Kirkwood. Mr. and Mrs. Eliot; Cutter of Westhampton.
