I great war machine.
|| Every able bodied man is needed in the armed
!j services as the selective service system chooses them,
j We cannot afford to impede this steady flow of manii
power to the battlefronts of the world.
|| The Southern Aviation School is wholly engaged
in producing Pilots for the Army Air forces. Countless
civilians are busily engaged in assisting this
effort in many different kinds of activity. Naturally
many of these are subject to Selective Service. They
must be replaced with civilians who are either deferable
or not eligible.
TO THE MEN AND WOMEN OF CAMDEN NOT
NOW WORKING FOR WAR
You can release a man to fight by qualifying for
a job with Southern Aviation. Experience is helpful
but not necessary. The more skilled you are the
higher up the ladder you can start. BUT START
NOW. Training courses for the inexperienced are . ftM

For instance, a mechanic with limited experience, j
