Camden without first obtaining a certificate

as herein provided.

and authority to prescribe rules and
regulations governing the conduct of

be subject to the penalties herein Imposed
for failure to comply with the
terms and requirements of this ordinance,
in the same manner as if he,
she or they were principals or proprietors.
Section IX. This ordinance shall
go Into effect on and from the first
day of May A. D., 1939, and all ordinances
or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

under the corporate seal of
