club was held Tuesday at Hotel Camden.

den beat all high school and collegiate
football squads of the nation to
a draw for the first football game of
the season. Out of city sport scribes
?their news Instincts aroused by the
record early season game, motored
to Camden for the occasion and wrote
columns on the evening entertainment.
The two all-star teams of ex-Camden
high school "greats" battled under
the lights while the hundreds in;
(he grandstands and bleachers gave,
vent to their enthusiasm?by eheerlngr
and applause. Even the cheer leaders
of a year or so back were on the
job, and all In all, It was a typical
Camden grid feast.

on his own 3d yard line and chugged
seventy yards for a touchdown. A

Ten-minute quarters were played,
and despite the extreme heat. the
warriors showed plenty of energy.
Camden fans turned out fine and the
