Be it ordained by the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Camden in Council assembled this 13th day of July. 1938: Section 1. That anyone violating any of the Ordinances of the City of Camden, shall be deemed guilty of committing a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished in the discretion of the Recorder, or other officer of the City hearing said case, by a tine of not more than one hundred ($100.00) dollars or by imprisonment with or without hard labor upon the public works of the City of Camden, or upon the public works of the County of Kershaw.
