The Kev. Joseph Mack, pastor of
the Presbyterian church at Georgetown,
conducted a fine meeting in the
Kershaw Presbyterian church from
Monday. June 7 through Sunduy, "June
18. emphasizing the reality of the
Joy of salvation and of the power of
God's people to achieve great con'Iu
*sts, the pastor-evangelist preached
to appreciative congregations throughout
the services. Inspired by the rich
blessings received, the large number
f Christian people who attended felt
encouraged to expect and undertake
larger tasks for Christ.
Four American made films have
been officially banned from being
shown in Italy, it being charged that
the films are types of "Pritish propaganda.'
The pictures banned include:
"Charge of the Li?hi Brigade," "Lives
of a Bengal Lancer," "Lloyds of Lou
jdon," and "Clive of India."

Company, Greensboro, N. C., has
been awarded a trip to the Industrial
111 vision's convention of that company
to be held In . Atlantic City on June
211, 20 and July 1.
He will leave on the Pilot's special."
convention train on Monday, June 28,
arriving in Atlantic City the morning
of the 29th, and returning the latter
part of the week.
Luring the sixty five week period
ending May 24, 1927, Mr. Mobley has
made an excellent record with the
company, having produced an outstanding
volume of quality business
which places him in the front ranks
of the Industrial Division's tleld representatives.
Atlantic City's fashionable Marlborough
Blenheim Hotel will be the
scene of the convention, which will
he attended by executives of the Pilot
Lite insurance Company and qualifying
agents. Mrs. Mobley will accompany
her husband on this trip.
