Ills ministry has heen marked by denominational loyalty and by a progressive spirit. Numerous study courses have heen conducted In Sunday school and training union work. The churches have shown decided growth in membership and in general development. While a resident here Mr. Christmas lias been identified with all worth-while civic and fraternal movements. He has heen a community builder, and has also been active in hii< h fraternal orders as the Musous and the Junior Or dor. Ho is at present the state chaplain of the latter. The Rev Mr. Christmas has been popular with all the people In the communities where he has served, being known as a sympathetic pastor and friend to every one.
