William John Langley Dead
Months Corner, H. C\, Oct. 16.?
William 'John lamgley, 76, died at his
home at ilotineuu Tuesday morning
and wus Imih-d In the Camden cemetery
Wednesday afternoon. Mr. Langley
was a native of Chesterfield, and
married Miss Ldttn laingley of Chesterfield.
They moved to Camden und
for many years Mr. Langley was engaged
In turpentine work. Nine years
ago he moved to Moniteau, where he
continued his naval stores operations.
Mrs. Langley died in April of this
year. They are survived by six boas
and three daughters, if. C. Langley,
of Hhelby, N. C.; James T. laingley,
of liortneuu; Donald Emerson and
Ktirniun Langley, of Mount Pleasant;
and Edmund Langley, of Jionneau;
Mrs. P. L. Waters, of Jionneau; Mrs.
It. J,. Atkinson, of Illshopville; and
Loralne Langley, of Jionncuu.

Oakland, Calif.?Karl Kobelt, 34,
telephone repairman, saved Indian
head pennies as a hohby for ten years
in anticipation of marrying. When
he finally met and married Miss Ethel
Freeman, telephone. Store clerk, he
had a hoard of 3,000 pennies. He
gave 200 of them for a marriage license
at Iteno, Nov.
