owned, controlled, and mortgaged by

had charged to me and took It home.
It seems that art square hud got u
shipment of feed a few days befoar

he mixed the dairy feed and the hog

feed and the chicken feed altogether

get a drink of watter.
after sho iiad acted like u dog and
a chicken for ,3 or 5 hours, she commenced
to root and go oink oink, and
sho rubbed herself against a post till
her hide was bleeding, wo won't
stand for this, we dont know whether
we own a dog or a hog or a chicken.
the peoples feed stoar must pay

ballot box before
3 P. M., WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 6th
, at which time the campaign will be officially closed.
Heretofore out-of-town candidates have had the privilege of mailing
letters containing reports as late as the closing hour. For obvious
reasons this cannot be permitted at the close of the campaign.
Out-of-town candidates should, where it is possible to do so, arrange
to deposit their final collection in person and be present at the
final count but where this cannot be done, letters containing business
should be posted in good time to reach The Chronicle office before the
tinal count, and it is advisable that the same be sent under special delivery.

THE BALLOT BOX
IS SEALED
In order to maintain the strictest secrecy as to the amount of business
turned in by each member during the last eight days of the cam- j
paign, the race will be brought to a close under a sealed ballot box. A j
sealed ballot box has been placed in the office of The Commercial Bank
of Camden, where it will remain until the campaign closes at 3 p. m., 0
\ Wednesday, November 6th. At that hour the race will be declared j
i officially closed and immediately thereafter or as soon as the judges
can canvass the findings in the box, the winners will be determined
and the gifts awarded.
There will be no complicated count, simply a matter of adding
all votes found in the ballot box.
The Camden Chronicle "Prosperity" Campaign closes when the clock strikes 3 P. M., Wednesday, November. 6, not one minute
of grace allowed. Don't think that you have no chance to win, because you have. Back up your efforts with confidence, not overeonfidence,
