Federal building in Atlanta, Ga.,
early Wednesday morning for a
chance to see A1 Capono as he was
brought into court for a habeas corpus
proceeding, in which he aeeka to
show to the court that he is being
illegally held in prison, Tho noted
criminal waa smuggled into the court
building with very % few having a
chance to see him.
The case of the state of North Carolina
against Libby Holman Reynold*,
wife, and Ab Walker, boy
friend, for the slaying of Smith, Reynolds
at Winston-Salem, N. C., has
been closed by the solicitor of the
circuit nql grossing the case against
the two.
