(i Lloyd. of Camden and' Philadelphia, is. now under way. Mr. Cha-les W. Nu;te. county forester, with the technical assistance of Mr. F.itei Bitel Bauer. of Columbia. S. <\, is making a thorough survey of the timNcr and tts growrn on property near Camden. The results of this examination will be used to make a plan of management of this forest for a sustained yield production of timber. This means that o the plan is carried out this property, with the necessary protection will, in a short time, have a full stand of valuable trees, producing an appreciable yearly crop of merchantable timber. Other points tending to improve the property will also be covered. such as game preservation, watershed protection and the checking of erosion.
