Charges (irest Aggregation Stole Sons Richmond, Va., Oct. 00."-Gh*rging that thoy ware lured frpiu their homes and kept in "slavery" until their mother accidentally found them in a circus on its visit to Roanoke October 14, Willie and Georgia Muse, advertised as "Ambassador* from Mars," have filed suit for 1100,000 in law and equity court here against Kingling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey combined shows. Mrs. Harriett Muse, the mothers had Wen searching for the boys for years, the petition asserts, and had enlisted the aid of several organisations. She is alleged to have recognized the boys in the side show at the same time that they lecognized her, u reunion following and the two leaving the show. The ages of the boys was not given in the petition here, which alleged that they were lured from their Roanoke home by a man named Stokes and were later put in the custody of Harry Shclton, manager of "The Greatest Show on Earth." The youngsters were displayed as freaks for several years without their consent, the petition alleges, traveling from Madison Square Garden to the Pacific coast. The dramatic reunion with their mother came in Roanoke when they were on the stage u?d their mother appeared with the spectators. They have remained with their mother since the reunion. Chester Wum?n Killed in Wreck Fort Mill, Oct. 18.?-Mia? ~ Lottie Kluttz of Cheater was killed and her father, A. W. Kluttz, also of Chester was injured in an automobile acri^crrt near here today. They were returning home from Charlotte and were tfbout one mile north of here when u radius rod on the automobile broke, causing it to plunge from the road and turn over in a ditch. Extracting himself from the wreckage. Mr. KlutU went to a nearby farm house in search of aid. While he was away, passing motorists saw the body of Miss Kluttz and brought it to an undertaking establishment here. Although badly cut and - bruised and suffering from shock, Mr. Kluttz's injuries are not regarded as serious. Miss Kluttz, a native of Chester, jwus educated at (jueens College, Charlotte. Survivors, in addition to her father, are three brothers, Sam W. Kluttz, Chester newspaper correspondent; Ih?x W. Kluttz of Charlotte, and Dr. DeWitt Klutt/ of Greenville. John Rogers, 75, night watchman for a diving contractor yn Staten Island, N. Y., fell into the bay Tuesday before dawn. He could not swim, but clung to a pile and called for help.
