appreciation of Prof, and Mrs. Foster's

Mr. M. O. Ward visited Raleigh,
N. C., last week.
Mr. Sam Stewart received a telegram

illness of his daughter, Mrs. James
Wallace, who is at the Florence Infirmary.

As a result of the Christmas Seal
Sale last December, Kershaw county
is to have two Chest Clinics in June,
one at Camden on June 3 and one at
Bethune on June 9. The examining
physician will be Dr. K. P. White of
( olumbia. Dr. White is a specialist
and has done extensive work at Trodeau's
Sanatorium at Saranac Lake,
NT. The Tuberculosis Association
of South ( arolina, under whose direction
these clinics are given, is yery
anxious that Kershaw County people
take advantage of this splendid opportunity
to have a thorough examination
of their chests. Mrs. Lee
( ain is the field clinic worker for the
state who has charge of this special

Advertising Man Leaves Big Estate,
New ^ ork, May 11.?The man who
made the first electric advertising
sign in New York and who more than
any other man made the Great White
W ay bright, left an estate of almost
$1,000,00(1.
Oscar .). Gude, who in thirty years
built up a national outdoor advertising
business with $100 he had earned
by distributing washing powder cir-|
culars, left a gross estate <>f $992,263.!
it was revealed yesterday when his
estate was appraised. Mr. Gude died
in Germany in August, 1925.

and records shall be installed in the Trust Department
for all fiduciary activities, both individual
and corporate, and such books and
tecords shall be kept separate and distinct
from other books and records of the bank. All
accounts opened shall be so kept as to enable
the bank at any time to furnish information
or reports required by the Federal or State
authorities, and such books and records shall
be open to the inspection of such authorities.
There shall be maintained in the Trust Department
a file containing (a) Original instruments
creating each trust, or properly authenticated
copies thereof, (b) Properly receipted
vouchers evidencing payments under each
trust, and (c) Properly evidenced reports to
courts, or others, accounting for trusts.
IV. SECURITIES AND INVESTMENTS

and investments held in each trust shall
be kept separate and distinct fi'om the securities
owned by the bank and separate and
distinct one from another, and shall be placed
in the joint custody of Trust Officers,
who are officers or employees of
the bank, or their successors, hereafter

and that such custodians shall at all times b?

kept as to make it impossible for any one
custodian to have access to the trust securities
